Your Guide to In-Game Services

The Service Manager is your one-stop shop for account upgrades, appearance changes, storage expansion, character management, clan improvements, and game information. Here’s what each button does:

Account & Appearance Services

• Premium Account
  • Upgrade to a Premium Account for special benefits such as increased rates, bonuses, or exclusive features. Learn more Premium Account Guide
• Name Color
  • Change the color of your character’s name to stand out in the crowd.
• Title Color
  • Customize the color of your character’s title for a unique look.
• Change Name
  • Rename your character. Perfect for a fresh start or if you want a new identity.
• Change Sex
  • Instantly switch your character’s gender.

Storage & Inventory Services

• Expand Clan WH (Warehouse)
  • Increase your clan’s shared storage space, allowing your clan to store more items together.
• Expand Inventory
  • Add more slots to your personal inventory so you can carry more items.
• Expand WH (Warehouse)
  • Expand your personal warehouse for extra storage outside your inventory.

Character & Status Services

• Make Delevel
  • Lower your character’s level by one. Useful if you want to participate in lower-level content or events.
• Remove PK Count
  • Instantly clear your character’s PK (Player Kill) count, removing the red status and any penalties.
• Clean Karma
  • Remove negative karma from your character, making you a law-abiding citizen again.

Clan Services

• Buy Clan Rep. (Reputation)
  • Purchase clan reputation points to help your clan unlock new skills and features.
• Rename Clan
  • Change your clan’s name for a new identity or branding.
• Clan Level Up
  • Instantly increase your clan’s level, unlocking more features and benefits for your members.

Game Information & Quests

• Boss Stats
  • View the current status and respawn times of epic and raid bosses.
• Buy Quests
  • Instantly complete or purchase quest progress (if available for certain quests).
• PvP Rating
  • Check the top PvP (Player vs. Player) rankings and see who’s dominating the battlefield.
• Nobless Buy
  • Instantly obtain Noblesse status, granting you access to exclusive skills and features.

How to Use These Services

1. Open the Community Board (Alt+B or via the menu).
2. Click on the Services tab.
3. Choose the service you want and follow the on-screen instructions. Most services require a fee (Adena, Coin of Luck, or other items).
