10-14 level difference: 30% penalty (0.3x multiplier)
Beyond 14 levels: No XP/SP distribution
XP Distribution Formula
Party XP is distributed based on:
Base XP × Party Bonus Multiplier × Level Penalty Modifier
Individual Share = (Total XP × Player Level) ÷ Sum of All Party Member Levels
Final XP = Individual Share × Penalty Modifier
