What is The Fall Harvest Event?
The Fall Harvest is a seasonal event where players can grow magical pumpkins using special seeds and nectar. The event revolves around cultivating pumpkins that can grow into valuable rewards, including rare musical weapons known as "Chrono" items. The event is managed by Buzz the Cat, who serves as the faithful servant of Great Magus Ahuron Raulian from the Ivory Tower.
Event Story Background
According to the lore, Magus Ahuron Raulian helped a wounded bloody pixy, who later sent him a box full of pumpkin seeds as a token of gratitude. However, the pumpkins grown from these seeds constantly demand nectar and have become quite bothersome. To manage this situation, the magus has organized a pumpkin-growing event where players can help cultivate these magical pumpkins.
How to Participate
Step 1: Find Buzz the Cat
NPC Name: Buzz the Cat (Nectar Event Manager)
Location: Multiple cities including Giran, Gludio, Dion, Aden, Oren, Heine, Goddard, Rune, and Schuttgart
Same NPC: Uses the same NPC ID (31227) as the Change of Hearts event
Step 2: Collect Nectar
Hunt monsters throughout the world to collect Nectar (Item ID: 6391)
Nectar drops from monsters of any level
Nectar is tradeable and can be shared with other players
You'll need significant amounts of nectar for the best rewards
Step 3: Exchange Nectar for Seeds

50 Nectar → 1 Large Squash Seed (large pumpkin)
100 Nectar → 1 Chrono Cithara (Chronicle I Souvenir)

100 Nectar → 1 Chrono Campana (Chronicle III Souvenir)

Pumpkin Growing Mechanics
Planting Seeds
Squash Seed: Creates a young squash when double-clicked
Large Squash Seed: Creates a large young squash when double-clicked
Seeds can be planted anywhere except in stadiums and instances
Growing Process
Pumpkins grow by consuming nectar
Use nectar on young pumpkins to accelerate their growth
Regular pumpkins need multiple nectar applications to mature
Large pumpkins require more nectar and time to grow fully
Important Time Limits
Young pumpkins: Will run away after 3 minutes if not fully grown
Fully grown pumpkins: Will run away after 1 minute and 30 seconds
You must harvest them before they escape!
Harvesting Pumpkins
Regular Pumpkins
Can be opened with any weapon once fully grown
Hit them with your weapon to crack them open
Warning: Hitting them before they're fully grown will cause them to wilt
Large Pumpkins
Cannot be opened with regular weapons
Require special Chrono weapons that produce musical sounds
These musical weapons are obtained through the nectar exchange system
Team effort: Large pumpkins are difficult to open alone - bring friends!
